Hello
Hello from North Carolina. I've always enjoyed photography. I was given a 620 camera when I was about 8, moved "up" to an Instamatic in high school. I joined the USAF in 1970 and was stationed in Ramstein, Germany from '71-'73 where I bought my first "real" camera, a Pentax Spotmatic SPII, she cost me a months pay and is still with me. Since the advent of digital, film cameras have become an avocation (wife hates it, LOL). Since retiring, I have picked up my first enlargers and gear for a total of about $200 and a ton of cameras. I do have an old Nikon D50 (shhhh, don't tell any one). I am glad I have found folks interested in film and I think I will enjoy it here. My favorite 35mm films are Arista.edu/Foma and Kentmere/Ilford, and 120 is Fuji Acros. Rodinol and HC-110 soup.
