Default FADU 2009 Final Submission Details

I have modified the Entry Form slightly to provide some additional information; it can be downloaded as a printable PDF file from the thumbnail below.

I have provided my email address at the top of the form by the payment details for those of you that would prefer not to enclose cash with your entry. This will allow you to forward funds via PayPal which may be of help to our overseas Friends.

The submission address is also on the Entry Form.

When you send an entry, and use PayPal as your payment method then please also send me a PM or email to let me know, so that I can tie up your entry and payment.

I shall acknowledge receipt of entries here on the forum.

Remember that the closing date for receipt of entries is the 31st August 2009. Anything received after that date cannot be considered. This is something that I shall have to be strict about as I have a lot of work to get through during September to ready the exhibition.

The Rules and Conditions of Entry can also be download from the thumbnail below. Please read them carefully and ensure that your entry complies in every respect, and please don’t forget your Artists Statement.

Dave, is the Entry Fee £10 per print - or just £10 for how ever many?

And

Will you take a cheque?

The fee is per entry, for up to 6 prints. Payment is as per the entry form, either cash enclosed with the entry (preferred) or by PayPal. The Paypal facility is intended for overseas members who may otherwise have difficulty in finding sterling paper notes. I cannot take cheques because of the extra work involved.

I should have also said that receipt of entries will be acknowledged promptly.

Dave if I have understood the posts so far I would pay £60 for 6 entries. If for the sake of illustration some or all of the six are rejected for entry, does a £10 refund accompany each rejection?

Thanks

Mike

The entry fee is £10 per entry, which covers the submission of up to six prints. The entry fee is just that, an entry fee; it is not an acceptance fee, so in the unlikely event of rejection a refund will not be made.
