Default Hello from Sweden

Since more than 30 years I am a member of the local photoclub in my hometown. The last five years most of my friends in the club have turned completely over to digital, an I find myself to be left as a One Man Resistensmovement.

I am glad to have found this forum, and I like the statement: "FADU is not anti-digital, but simply pro film and darkroom".

I have i digital pocketcamera from Canon, that makes me understand something of the digital language. It is also vere useful on hikingtours i the swedish mountains, as I can have it fast accesable in my belt, and it is not heavy.

Also I have i Hasselblad 500 c/m, a lovely camera.

Futhermore I have a Toyo Field A45 4X5 inch. Although it is timeconsuming, it is the camera I prefer. One is forced to take things easy and to be very careful, an that will give you a chance to get god quality.

I have a darkorom of my own. It is equipped with a Durst 138s, 2 meter high. It has i white bulb and condensorlenses, but I have modified it so within five minutes I can replace the condensorlences with i ZoneIV cold-light head.

My favourit motivs are landscapes, and i like to learn more about still-life.

I hope much of this forum!

Glad you found us Mats.
There are plenty of places and outlets for Digi-heads, long live FADU is what I say.
