Default Howdy from Texas

Hello all,

I am a B&W photographer, and darkroom printer from Dallas, Texas, USA.

I was directed here by a gentleman on another forum (manualfocus.org).
It looks like I've found a place that appreciates film photography for what it is.

Myself in a nutshell: I came from not knowing anything about photography a couple of years ago, picked up digital and one day realized that there's much more in store for me.

Then I began my journey into the world of film photography. Self-taught all the way, I thought I've seen everything until I created my first print in the darkroom. And the journey continued with a renewed sense of appreciation.

To end this introduction, a print from my latest obsession: Lith printing.

Looking forward to learn from all of you here.

Regards,
Will

Welcome Will. With global warming we are apparently catching up with Texas high temperatures. Based on this week's weather and its still Summer here we'll be in trouble by about 2200

So make sure you stick around a while to answer hot weather issues for analogue photography. :

Hi Will, from the picture it look like you could teach us a thing or two. Last time I was in Texas I thought it was a great part of the country, all those wide open spaces and blue skies, makes for some great pictures. Welcome
