Default ammonium ferric citrate

I was going to mix up some solutions for cyanotype session
my ammonium ferric citrate has turned int a plasticy lump.

I am not sure if it is salvageable, not sure weather to try mixing little bits in water or if moisture is the broblem drying it out somehow?
