Hello from UK
Hi from UK,
I'm totally new to even thinking about developing my own film. I have returned to taking film photographs both 35mm and 120 roll film. So I'm excited to learn as much as I can about developing and then printing/scanning what I photograph cheers Norman |

Hi Norman and welcome. Developing your own film, especially b&w, is both easy, very satisfying and a quantum leap cheaper than having a lab do it.
C41 colour neg may be slightly more difficult but is still doable Mike |

Hey Norman :-)
Welcome to the group! Developing properly your film isn't easy - this is your baseline and if isn't done well, you're struggle like crazy printing picture. My recommendation would be to spend lots of time mastering it and then you'll really enjoy working in darkroom. Believe me or not, it took me 20+ years to understand it. Finding good combination of film/developer is a scientific exercise. Cheers, Slawek |

H Norman, welcome to the forum.
Have any questions ? Just ask away, plenty of knowledge available from the members on here. Developing B+W in the kitchen is really doable ( that's where I do mine) you really don't need much kit. Ian
