Default Ffordes

Has anyone tried to contact Ffordes shop by 'phone recently? I have just done so and all there is after the phone rings for perhaps 15 second is a recording - Sorry this mailbox is full it cannot accept any more messages

There is nothing on there website (as far as I can see) that tells you they are closed/use the E mail etc. Anyone got better information

As there is no one in the shop it would appear that the answering machine/voicemail system is full.

Any comments on Ffordes new website structure? It's a while since I bought anything from them, but the last time I tried to research a purchase I almost gave up.

Oooops Missed that notice, I must not have scrolled down far enough. I am only after a couple of filters. but it is not important so they can wait.

JOReynolds. To answer your question, there do seem to be issues when searching and for some reason it will start to play up. What happens is, say I am searching on film cameras and want to go and have a look at lenses, unless I backtrack completely, when I click to look at lenses, as soon as I move the curser it jumps back to the top of the page.

I have to refresh the page to get it to play again. But apart from that it is OK

I've been in contact via email with them over the past few days.

JOReynolds- agreed, the new(ish) website is worse than it was. I think it was meant to provide more information, with little thumbnail images of the items alongside the description. Poor in Explorer, a little better in Chrome. Flips back to the last page seemingly at random. Maybe we're all too polite to tell them.

My findings were with Firefox, I wonder what it is like with Microsoft Edge - I have nothing else to do so will try.
