I saw an exhibition of her work in Hamburg and all I can say: very impressing imagery!
Though nearly unknown before I rank her work equal among the great, today better known artists.
Whenever you get the chance to see her images go there!

Many thanks for the link Trevor - I'd seen some examples of her work previously, but I didn't think to try youtube

Beautiful and fascinating images of "average people doing unimportant things" which is one of the best definitions of street photography I've heard - although I can't remember who said or wrote it.
