Here's an interesting one...
As darkrooms go, I guess this is what our American friends would call a doozy.
The basement darkroom of James Luckett, complete with resident bat. http://www.flickr.com/photos/consumptive/3146893782/. I found this via an article about Luckett's forthcoming Blurb book on The Space In Between, Stacy Oborn's occasional writings on art, publishing, photography, et al. Well worth a read if you have the time.

I enjoyed my trip round this darkroom, I particularly liked the "highlight" facility that allows you to see exactly what he has hidden in there.
