Default Laugh? Makes me want to cry.

I just sent a £2000 enquiry to the sales email of a UK photographic retailer who shall remain nameless. It bounced because their mailbox is full! Is there so much business around that they can ignore the sales mail?

Oddly, one of my mail boxes filled the other day. I had my mail client set to keep copies of downloaded emails on the server. This was to ensure that if I lost my local copies, I'd still have the ones on the server. I had not visited the on-line mailbox that it sends warnings to for a week...

So, even when you know your way around this stuff you can still mess up and I suspect few UK retailers are terribly clued up on what to do when things go wrong (I had a call a few days ago from a guy who switched his PC off for the first time since I installed it for him and wanted to know how to turn it back on again)...

Sounds like you've got a big wad of cash trying to burn a hole in your pocket. Major GAS attack?

How wonderful modern technology is! I wonder if you sent them a letter they would say, 'sorry can't respond in tray full?'

2G's! It's incredible. We have a recession. Doesn't the supplier ever watch TV? Even Channel 4 are reviewing their wall to wall " everyone's a property millionaire" programmes.
