Photographer's Formulary in the US sells it, but will only ship UPS Ground (hazmat reasons, presumably), and won't ship at all without a DEA form, whatever that involves. One can only infer that if the US-DEA is concerned with this stuff then it has some other nefarious uses that us innocents are unaware of. Perhaps that's the reason behind the refusal from France?

Barry - You can't buy it on its own from them: has to be in conjunction with other photographic products, to demonstrate that that's what you want it for. Your order is voided otherwise.
