Default Hello from Herts

Good to see another group appear to help keep an endangered species from extinction – thank you to Dave and all those involved.

I've been absorbing processing chemicals since 1964, but a fairly long gap in day-to-day involvement has seen me survive into early retirement, where I have now returned to the fold and built myself a brand new darkroom/studio.

I have to admit to having a considerable reliance on digital work to help fund my analogue habit, and have to say that I'm just as happy sat in front of my Mac in Lightroom as I am sat at the processing sink in the darkroom.
It's all photography after all...

Good to see such an esteemed collection of names on here, many of whom I recognise from APUG, B&W photo mag, etc. Looking forward to visiting and contributing where I can.

Home is www.weepingash.co.uk but you'll probably find me in lots of other places as well.

Regards,
Roy

Hi Roy, a warm welcome to FADU. I like your website and was particularly delighted to find such a wealth of information on Raymond Moore, one of my many heros of photography.

Hi Roy. What I like about this site is that it is full of members much more experienced than I am and with you that number has now grown even larger.

Nice to have you here

Mike

Could have sworn I already said hello, but obviously not...

Hello!

Welcome aboard Roy. Strangely, I don't recall tripping across your site before: I'm sure I would have remembered! Lots to keep me busy for an hour or so .

Cheers, Bob.
