Smile Hello from Shropshire

Hello I am new. I have an addiction to film cameras, including my new old Zorki and, although I can develop, I have never processed as yet despite now having the kit. I am looking for some training and then I will give it a go.

It was great to run into this site and see so many others. It felt like Logans Run.

Roman

Hi Roman and welcome. Logan's Run eh? Is that Jimmy Logan, my fellow Scot?

Processing is not difficult. Practice loading a few times with dud film in its cassette and you will have no problems. Most darkroom stuff is "more haste less speed" as the saying goes. It's a "take your time" process.

If I wanted a hobby that requires rushing I'd be an IOM TT rider

Darkroom mistakes are less dangerous as well

Mike
