Hi Alex

Welcome to FADU. regarding darkroom space you only need enough to expose the print and put through the chemicals in the dark, the rest can be done in daylight. You can always use one of the NOVA tanks for the chemicals to save space.

Good plan to keep the original baseboard! Take your time and enjoy your darkroom work. The Print Exchange is a good focus to keep you interested. It's easy to join if you ever feel like it.
