Hi Richard... I too dabble with classic cars.. another expensive addiction and of course the ones i sold back many years ago are now worth good money.. I was a big fan ( still am) of NSU TT'S.. and Jensen Interceptors... FFs of course...! and I love two-stoke single cylinder motorcycles.. especially Bultaco Metralla's .. type 62 that are as scarce as hens teeth..

Hi Paul and welcome to fadu. There are several people from Ireland on this site including Peter Fitzsimons from Trim. Peter runs darkroom courses and can be contacted at monochromemeath.ie should you be interested in doing a 1 day course. Wishing you the best of luck on your journey into the world of analogue photography.

Hi Vincent,

I know Peter and he lives only a few miles from me. I intend to do some courses with him in the next few months when I can allocate some time, I missed one yesterday actually due to family commitments

Regards
Paul

Welcome Paul. With the Fitz only a few miles away, be careful! Once you've been on his course then whether your wife likes it or not you'll be converted and then be forced to convert one of your rooms for a darkroom.

I persuaded my wife to let me convert a bedroom and she's now forgotten that it was ever a bedroom in the first place

Mike
