Unhappy RH Designs Stopclock Pro. Fault

First fault I have ever had with RHD equipment, the start/stop and focus buttons are not responding properly, sometimes I have to press 2 or 3 times before they will operate, anyone know if there is an easy fix?, Richard

Problem solved, bit the bullet and sprayed a little plastic friendly E.S.C. switch cleaner on each of the two buttons and immediately wiped of the surplus, works perfectly now, I wonder would Richaed approve

I had same problem. I sprayed with a dry film lubricant which contains PTFE and problem solved.
