Default David Lingham photographs

This morning I had half an hour to kill between coming out of the dentists and getting my eyes tested at Specsavers. So I wandered into Smiths and found myself idly browsing through this month's BLACK & WHITE PHOTOGRAPHY magazine. I had my mask on and my glasses were steaming up, and the pages were hard to see. But then I suddenly found myself looking at some really lovely photographs. I was looking through the magazine from back to front so it wasn't until I got to the start of the feature that I spotted the photographer's name. David Lingham.
I have always liked your photographs David, and these are excellent. The best ones in the magazine, in my opinion, which incidentally had some other good stuff in it as well.
So I had a good morning. No fillings needed. No new glasses needed. And a penny change from the fiver spent on an excellent magazine.

Alan

Congratulations, David. And very well deserved!

Very nice photographs David.

They must be quite something to see in real life.

I can normally find this magazine in local outlets, but this month it has been quite elusive. I eventually managed to pick up a copy tonight at the Central Station. I am really glad I did, as David’s photographs are superb. The work is both unique, and inspirational. Apart from the great composition, and original approach, I like the idea that almost all of the images were made on 35mm film. Very impressive!

Thank you Martin, if and when the Fadu weekends resume, I'll bring the prints along.
