[UK] Snaps Photo Services May offer: B&W film replacement
Hi!
For those like me that don't do their own development, Snaps Photo Services in Bournemouth are offering a free Fomapan 100 roll film for every film developed and printed or scanned. From an email: Quote:

Actually way back in nineteen hundred and frozen to death a company called Gratispool and maybe others send you a "free" film with your next envelope in which you posted your next film back to the processor. This was so long ago that it was almost certain to have been B&W. There was a famous Welsh fellow in politics then. No not Neil Kinnock. He had a double-barrelled name. Ah yes, David Lloyd George - that was his name
There may have been other processors by mail who did the same. Still, a nice gesture by Snaps Photo Services. Come to think of it, I am surprised that Ilford don't to the same with its mail order processing even it it had to increase its price slightly. Mike |
