Smile A passion for HP5

Hello!
Following the instructions given to me in the welcome email I was sent, I am posting a little about myself on the Introductions page.

I use 35mm film, and a community darkroom. I have a Praktica BX20 camera and I shoot both Milford HP5 as my 'special treat' film, and cheap as chips FujiColour C200 colour film. That's the stuff I usually use.

Check out my website, photowaffle.simplesite.com
I would hyperlink it, but writing a post on my phone has it's difficulties.

When I say "Milford HP5", I mean "Ilford HP5".

HP5 is my return to film each time i try some other.... just seems so consistent and doesnt mind being pulled and pushed up down left right or whatever with it and always seems to come out with a nice clean image!

HP5 Plus has been a favourite of mine for years, although I have been trying a few others lately like Delta, T-Max, Tri-X, as well as some from Adox and Foma. I have also been trying Xtol developer along with some liquid developers.

Sometimes it can be interesting to experiment with other films and processes.
