''Silverprint Ltd'' Problem
Is anyone experiencing problems with Silverprint? I placed a bulk order of raw chemicals with them on the 26th Oct. Other than receiving the order confirmation Ive heard absolutely nothing. I've emailed them last week inquiring about the order but got no reply, I then contacted them directly through their site but still haven't had any response. I'm not best pleased at this point.
Is Silverprint the only company that does raw chem's these day's? |

Coincidentally I also ordered chemicals on the 26th from them and received them on the 31st. It is annoying when this sort of thing happens, it could be a post office delay; best to give them a ring tomorrow to confirm dispatch.
As far as I know they are the only supplier selling chemicals in the sort of small quantities we usually require. |

Here I go poking my nose in again but if and when this issue is resolved tomorrow by Martin as I expect it will be then may I suggest to the mods that the post is deleted.
Silverprint or indeed any of our other sponsor suppliers do not deserve have a thread stay permanently on the site which in the future might suggest problems when they were satisfactorily resolved . This isn't an attempt to get at you Kev for posting it. I think you had every right to do so to check on any issues experienced by others. |

We do not believe in deleting threads here unless they break our house rules; despite what some may think, and I don’t think this one does.
Even the best retailers sometimes slip up and I think most people will appreciate this. The acid test is in how well the problem is resolved once it has been flagged, and what action is taken to try and prevent a reoccurrence. |

I fully accept that things can ''slip'' at times, that's life. I'm sure it will be resolved asap. When it is I'll post a glowing report on Silverprints services:-)
