All the best, Steve.

If you permit me, in my opinion, typography is somewhat difficult to read.

I'd agree with Domingo that you could do with some extra "leading", as journalists call it, between lines of text. A wee bit extra space would make it easier to read. I haven't been in the Lakes District for years but I'll certainly pop by in future.

Yes, very good luck on your venture Steve!

I once went to a small tea room in Greenwich, London, when I lived there, which was run by two young ladies. Their tea shop was mainly run by one whilst the other one, who was an artist, displayed her pictures and postcards, chatted to customers and tried to sell her work.

It was at that moment in time, that I too thought that I would like to do something similar, one day...

Your post has revived that thought Steve. So who knows?

Terry S

Thanks Domingo and Brock, I know, It looked as though there was enough space between the paragraphs when I typed the posts but I now know I need to double space. It's a temporary Tumblr site until I get the WP one resolved. Although I'm quite liking the Tumblr community, I'm getting followers already.

It would be great to see you Brock, if you did call in. I followed the link to your blog this morning when I saw your first post and I like your work a lot.

Sometimes Terry S, you just have to take a punt.

This is finally moving on. I had a bit of a hiccup when my father died at the end of last month but I'm back on track again now.

I have improved the Tumblr blog and we are still working on a Wordpress one. I would love some feedback from you guys on the classes and workshop programme. Have a look for me would you please?

This all sounds and looks good, Steven. I like the way you're taking people on your journey: I think it shows a human side and hopefully will make it easier for people to connect with you. The only comment I would make would concern the length of the courses. Ten weeks is quite a commitment and at £20 an evening, if I've read it right, some folk might be put off by the prospect of perhaps missing a night or two when life gets in the way of photography. Of course, if you shortened the course and kept the same price then a missed evening would cost more! You'll know your market much better, though, and I'm sure you've worked all of this out.

I can see you're passionate about photography and if that comes across in the courses I'm sure they'll be very popular.
