You probably know that a colour head can be used with variable contrast black and white papers to control the contrast so you don't need the filters that most people need to use.
Beselers are robust and use mostly simple standard parts, such as lens boards that you could make yourself if necessary. This is unlike elegant European enlargers for which some parts are like hens' teeth and tend to be complex. (just my biased view, no need to take me seriously). There used to be quite a lot of Beselers here at the end of the Earth. |

Putting together it seems like a simple process and yes it is quite a robust machine. Can't wait to start using it. The eueropean enlargers do look a little more complicated machine than the one that I have but probably more options for the advance darkroom person. Thanks for the reply.
