Durst RCP20
Hello,i've been offered to buy one of these durst rcp20,anybody on the forum are using one of these machine's to print B/W?
Any special developer needed for these machine's my standard dev is PQ universal,can i still use this? any advice appreciated. regards. |

du a gwyn, I tried one of these processors a couple of years ago and I found it much more hassle than using dishes. It was originally designed for RA4 colour processing so is no use for my RA4 colour work either. Some people love them and it could be advantageous if you are doing a lot of printing on a daily basis, otherwise I think you'll find it very costly on chemicals. If you are not using it constantly and replenishing your dev as you work, I think you'll find the process very soon goes out of control.

thanks Fred for the reply,i think i'll put a pass on this.not quite what i had in mind,i've done some research on the net about this.the cycle time for each print is 3 1/2 minute!!
