Borax
This has been done to death on another forum.
No real conclusions from what I can see though. Where do you buy your Borax from and what makers label? UK only. Are household grades reliable for photography? In time will it go off in sealed glass jars? If you have personal experience of the subject, and not just hearsay from other forums please enlighten me. Thank you in advance. Cheers.

Be aware that some household Borax carries a smaller label Borax substitute and has no photographic use.
It keeps for years, PureChem on ebay is a good source, Sodium Tetraborate decahydrate is what you need. Ian |
