Default New developers from Tetenal

Tetenal have released two new B&W developers:

- Paranol S, a p-Aminophenol based film developer (Rodinal-like).
- Variobrom WA, a new premium warmtone print developer.

They've also re-introduced Stabinal, a print stabilizer.

Not from Tetenal. However, Silverprint has this on Paranol:

And for Variobrom WA:

Great to see a "Rodinal" from Tetenal - this should improve availability of this excellent developer

You have availability problems with Adox Rodinal? (Or in Europe Adox Adonal).

I think Adox also has a stabilizer that was the old AGFA formula. But I can't recall its name.

Adostab
http://www.adox.de/Photo/?page_id=2455

Then there is also AG STAB (Compard & Maco)
http://www.macodirect.de/chemistry-o...ter-p-952.html

and finally Moersch' Lobostab
http://www.moersch-photochemie.de/co...ng/118/lang:en
The German page has a description
http://www.moersch-photochemie.de/co...ng/118/lang:de

More or less all sort of related to Agfa Sistan (haven't seen the material safety paper of Stabinal yet, though).

And because the grass is always greener in neighbours garden, all stabilizer-fans outside of Japan long for Fuji AG Guard

Ag photographic usually have it. Paranol just gives another option.

It seems that most suppliers sell the Maco version, Rollei RO9 One shot,
same as Rodinal/Adanol just easier to get here and a little bit cheaper

According to Adox, Adonal is exactly the same as Rodinal that was being sold under the Agfa brand up until 2005 because they obtained the exact formula and method from ex-employees. Whereas RO9 is a generic Rodinal formula with subtle differences.
